1. Discovery call
Following your contact, dear future brides and grooms, I propose a call (about 15 minutes discovery) to evaluate the correspondence of your wishes with my wedding planning services.
2. The meeting
If everything is in order, I'll come and meet you, preferably at your home or at the venue of your choice, to discuss your wedding plans in detail (venue, date/period, type of ceremony, theme, suppliers, etc.) and get to know each other; by default, the meeting can take place by videoconference. I'm keen to get to know my future brides and grooms personally, to establish a serene relationship and a bond of trust (our collaboration will last several months, which is essential for me). This first meeting is, of course, completely free of charge and without obligation.
3. Your wedding plans
Following this meeting, I'll send you a detailed wedding plan and an estimate.
4. The contract
If you're happy with these proposals, we'll start working together and make it official by signing a contract (and, for those of you who'd like to be on first-name terms!).

We really need help, but we're reluctant to hire a wedding planner because our family and witnesses want to help us.
The support of your loved ones is essential, and you'll be spending some precious time with them. However, I'd like to warn you that there are sometimes surprises between promises and reality. Your loved ones may not have the same availability as a professional, nor the expected knowledge. Nor do they have the same high standards as you, because it's simply not their wedding, and they don't appreciate the totality of the project (especially if they're not married themselves).
