Or how to plan your wedding alone... or almost!
As soon as I launched my business in 2023, I realized that my wedding planning services weren't for everyone. Organizing a wedding isn't easy. So I launched my wedding coaching offer to satisfy couples who want to organize their wedding on their own, by choice or because of a limited budget. Here's how it works...

How can my wedding coaching help you?
You'll know where to start your wedding preparations
When you start planning your wedding, you never know where to begin? Book the venue, the town hall, block a date or not? I'll guide you step by step to get off to a good start and head in the right direction.
You'll save hours of work
Planning a wedding can take hundreds of hours, from Internet research to meetings, venue visits, D-day planning, lists and spreadsheets... My advice helps you focus on the essentials. You'll have a clear strategy, so you don't lose focus. I give you ready-to-use tools to simplify your task (excel spreadsheet for budget tracking, guest index, checklists, etc.).
Because planning your wedding doesn't have to deprive you of any social life for several months!
You'll feel supported
I'm well aware that this can be a stressful time. Between the commitment that marriage represents, the complexity of the preparations, the injunctions of the families, the pressure to make this day perfect... The emotional slider is at its peak! My constant, caring presence at your side brings you serenity and reassurance. I'll be your best ally on the road to your big day.
The stages
1. The first contact, the discovery call
A short discussion, usually with just one of the bride and groom, often by telephone, to establish contact and get to know each other. This allows you to check whether you really need wedding coaching.
2. A meeting with the couple
We schedule a video meeting with the couple within a few days. This allows us to explain the principle of distance support. The couple indicate their expectations. In this way, I'm able to gauge the commitment of both future spouses.
3. Formalizing our collaboration
An estimate is sent to the couple, and if accepted, a contract is drawn up. Payment is made in two instalments.
4. Follow-up
Sessions are scheduled according to each couple's deadlines (approximately one session every two months). At the end of each meeting, a report is sent with the tasks to be completed for the next session.
5. End of support
The last session takes place a few days before the wedding. It's all about checking the final details and the unfolding of the big day to end on a calmer note. For couples who want a reassuring presence on their big day and the certainty of really enjoying it, the coordination of the D-day by a wedding planner is a nice complement.

Wedding coaching is for all couples who wish to be accompanied while retaining their autonomy. Of course, I'd be delighted to support couples living in my home region of the Drôme. But as the sessions take place over video, this coaching is open to everyone, whether you live in Lyon, Marseille, Paris or even abroad. Marriage coaching knows no borders!
I answer your questions
We're working hard, so when can we expect coaching?
I adapt to your schedule constraints. Video coaching makes this flexibility possible. Meetings can be scheduled during your lunch break, in the evening or on Saturdays.
How often do you meet?
It all depends on the date of your wedding. If you're planning a wedding in a year, you'll need to arrange a meeting every two months.
Does this marriage coaching necessarily involve the 2 people in the couple?
It can happen that in a couple, one is more involved than the other. However, I believe it's vital that the guiding principle be agreed together. You're planning your wedding, the union of two stories, two visions. This period of preparation is a good time to talk, discuss and share emotions. In my opinion, both future brides and grooms must adhere to the principle of coaching. In practice, it is possible to envisage a session with only one of the future spouses.
How are visios organized?
I schedule meetings via Google Meet. But it's entirely possible by whatsapp if you prefer.
A wedding is a source of stress, so treat yourself to the serenity you deserve!
